Mr. Tong Changrong is from Hong Kong. He is one of the representatives responsible for the 2013 Asian Funeral and Cemetery Expo and Conference. At the dinner party the night before, our colleague Carmen told us that he is very knowledgeable. During the dinner, we discussed the development of the funeral industry. He is a person who has done his homework. When he heard that Malaysia also had a "Stele Forest", he was deeply interested in this concept and full of curiosity.
During a trip to the Stele Forest, Kang Ling first introduced him with advertising slogans. Starting from the oracle bone inscriptions along the way, he began to share common knowledge about literature and history with us. During this trip, everyone was in high spirits, looking at the monuments and talking about history. He was very immersed in talking to us about some short stories of each dynasty. For example, when talking about Su Shi, he talked about the achievements of the father and son of the Su family. He told us about the origin of the names Su Shi and Su Xun.
While in the teahouse, Mr. Tang immediately understood the meaning of the name "Lu Yu Guan" because Lu Yu wrote the "Tea Classic". Everyone gathered around the tea table to chat, and it was mentioned that people from different cultures have different ways of discussing business: Chinese people discuss business at the tea table, while Westerners negotiate business while drinking beer, sometimes with numbers written on a tissue or coaster. Even though the customs are different, the common point is that people can make decisions when they are in a good mood. "
Speaking of Zheng Banqiao's calligraphy, Mr. Tang told us another story: After Zheng Banqiao became famous, someone wanted his calligraphy, so he hired a person to ask Zheng Banqiao for calligraphy, but he did not write casually at that time. In order to complete the task, he went to Zheng Banqiao's home every day to urinate. Zheng Banqiao wrote "Don't urinate anywhere" on his doorstep. He tore the words off. Although he got the words, the content was not correct and could not be used for business! So I used my brain again and adjusted the order of the words to "Don't be casual about small things", and successfully completed the task!
Walking into the "Local Stele Forest District", my colleague Yingwei, who had just returned from Hong Kong, talked about Hong Kong's food "Shakespeare", which is a kind of puff with sugar, which resonated with Mr. Tang who was in a foreign land. And we saw that Mr. Zhou Mansha's signature was written "Shakespeare". Although this thing is not the other thing, it made everyone laugh.
During lunch, we handed him the finished work. Although he had been to the Stele Forest in China, he had not really experienced the rubbing of steles. He was deeply impressed by the planning of the entire park. It is a rare experience to be in such an elegant environment. It turned out that when he was communicating with colleagues in Hong Kong at the airport during this trip, he originally asked them to contact the telecommunications company to temporarily turn off the Internet function on their smartphones. However, his colleagues turned off international roaming as well. If the company wants to contact him, they have to call the mobile phone of wealthy colleague Melyvn. He admitted that "without mobile phones, life is much more leisurely." We laughed and said, "When you come to paradise, you have to be isolated from the world." Life is about learning to be at peace with the situation and learning to let go.
